How to Install Drivers
After you have found the right driver, follow these simple instructions to install it.
- Power off your device.
- Disconnect the device from your computer.
- Reconnect the device and power it on.
- Double click the driver download to extract it.
- If a language option is given, select your language.
- Follow the directions on the installation program screen.
- Reboot your computer.

Are you facing this problem on a particular application or on all the applications?
There should be an option within the Video settings that allows you to choose a webcam. Please explore for such an option.
If the correct webcam is selected, it could be possible that the webcam driver is not properly installed. Remove the driver currently installed and let Windows install the driver.
To uninstall:
1. Go to start and type device manager.
2. Select Device Manager from the Control Panel list.
3. Locate the device, right-click on it and select properties.
4. Go to driver tab and click on Uninstall. This removes the driver associated with the device.
5. Restart the computer. The computer should install the missing driver automatically.
6. See whether this changes anything.
